Little Bear Retreat and Dream Catcher is located just one block from the Parkway in Downtown Gatlinburg. From the front door you can hear the water from the Little Pigeon River from down below. Each unit has a private balcony that overlooks the pool and offers City and Mountain views of River Road. The Ober Gatlinburg tram is located next to the Condo Complex. Oak Square Condos are located walking distance to all the dining, and entertainment that downtown Gatlinburg has to Offer. Parking is included in the rental rate.
Little Bear and Dream Catcher sleeps up to 4 guests each. Both units have 1 bedroom with a king size bed, and a sleeper sofa is located in the Living room area. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, utensils and pots/pans for your use. The Kitchen in both units feature a large Microwave, stove top and refrigerator. Both Units have 1 full bathroom.
